2. The Service
Cripsy.md is a Markdown deck authoring and rendering service. It provides browser workflows for creating, uploading, editing, rendering, downloading, and sharing slide decks.
The service is not a records-management, compliance-management, archival, backup, legal-document, medical, financial, or emergency service. You are responsible for maintaining any legally required records or backups outside Cripsy.md.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Cripsy.md.

4. Your Content
You keep ownership of Markdown decks, text, code snippets, diagrams, images, and other content you upload, create, or share through Cripsy.md.
You grant us a limited license to host, store, copy, render, transmit, display, download, and otherwise process your content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Cripsy.md and to comply with law.
You are responsible for your content and must have all rights, permissions, and legal authority needed to upload, process, and share it.
5. Public Sharing
A public share link makes a deck available to anyone with the link. You are responsible for reviewing decks before sharing and for revoking links when they should no longer be accessible.
We may remove or restrict access to content or share links that appear to violate these terms, violate law, create security risk, or infringe third-party rights.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Cripsy.md to do any of the following.
- Violate law, regulations, contracts, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or third-party rights.

7. Third-Party Services
Cripsy.md may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, database, content delivery, logging, email, networking, security, and other infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
8. Fees
Some Cripsy.md features may require paid access under an order form, invoice, online checkout, or separate agreement. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
Cripsy.md, including the software, product design, branding, text, generated interface, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
These terms do not grant you ownership of Cripsy.md or any right to use our names, logos, or branding except as necessary to identify the service.
10. Service Changes and Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Cripsy.md from time to time. We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation.
You are responsible for keeping independent copies of important decks and source material.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay amounts due, or if continued access would violate law or third-party rights.
You may stop using Cripsy.md at any time. Some provisions, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law, survive termination.
12. Disclaimers
Cripsy.md is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or substitute services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to Cripsy.md will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for Cripsy.md in the three months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.
14. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of Cripsy.md, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires a different forum.
